Otto may appear adorably naïve at first glance, but don't let him fool you. He's intensely sadistic, delighting in tormenting others with anything from harmless pranks to ruinous violence. Additionally, his grasp of social situations isn't especially nuanced, so it's easy for him to go too far. He thinks his brother ought to lighten up a bit, and is doggedly determined to make him smile—when he's not distracted with anything else, of course.
